Welcome to the online media portal of journalist, broadcaster and DJ Jonathan Griffin.
Over the last four years I have produced radio, television and online content on the biggest stories in the world: the English riots, the Arab uprising, the London Olympics, the American election, the Queen's Golden Jubilee, the Boston marathon bombing, the Woolwich terrorist attack, the death of Margaret Thatcher and passing of Nelson Mandela.
I also have experience of traditional print journalism and regional television presenting.
In July 2010 I graduated with a first class Journalism and Broadcasting B.A. (Hons) degree from the University of Salford. I spent three years at the BBC's national breaking news radio station before moving onto the BBC’s User-Generated Content and Social Media Hub.
