Chris Grottenthaler

Chris Grottenthaler is a maintenance and repair worker at Morgan Properties in Laurel, MD from 2008. He inspects, operates, and tests the machinery or equipment to diagnose the machine malfunctions. He repairs or replaces the defective equipment parts by using handtools and power tools and reassemble the machine equipment. He performs the routine preventive maintenance for ensuring that the machines continue to run smoothly and the building systems are operating efficiently.

Chris is responsible to fix the machine’s issues. To do this, first he find and study about the problem, cross-checks its blueprints, diagnoses those issues and then determines the ways to fix them.
