Being a parent of a school aged kid has never been an easy task. And with the choices facing young people nowadays, the task is getting even harder. But a new system run by Miami Schools is trying to ease some of the burden on parents with a number of programs intended to keep parents informed on some of the most critical issues facing young adults in the Miami Schools.

A year-round Academy is run by the Miami-Dade Public County School system to support and inform the parents of students in Miami Schools and other schools in the district.
