Space Heater - Usage Level

The up side is that in spite of being knocked over half a dozen times onto a hardwood floor, it continues to soldier on.

I do not use the heater while I'm sleeping. I wouldn't trust any space heater enough to do that. To be on the safe side, I also unplug the heater when it's not in use.

In spite of the fact that the Lasko tips over easily, I do like it and am pleased with my purchase. It puts out a lot of heat and is good for heating only the space I'm in. Some friends have a similar model and use it to heat half their apartment to a toasty-hot temperature.

Used this heater for two weeks. After turing the heater on after about 15 minutes I noticed a strong burning rubber smell. This heater comes but does a good job with a power cord not built to handle the amount of current it pulls.

Very impressed with the initial performance ... in the 50's outside and this little heater has actually raised the bedroom temp (albeit a small bedroom) enough to notice after only an hour. If it has the longevity of a standard size heater I'll be even more impressed ... Definitely would recommend to friends for suitable use ... It's not going to heat your house - but sit in front of it and it will heat you !!!

I set the heater on my desk at work next to my monitors and it does a good job heating the area around me. It does a good job staying cool to the touch on the heater and the area around the heater so I don't worry about it setting on papers.

This truly is a personal heater - perfect for the drafty area under my desk ... keeps my legs & feet warm on these brutally cold days! It is small enough to carry with me when I want to read in my chair & need an extra blast of heat. The other reviews were correct - do not expect this little guy to heat the whole room but you're gon na love what it does do!

I thought it was a small space heater and I saw all of the positive reviews so I just click and bought. Again I really don't know what you 'd use these for. I live in Florida, not like I needed a lot of heat-- useless, just useless.

This heater is keeping the temperature in my room constantly around where I want it to be. Its quiet nature makes me even forget that I have a heater in the room
