I am a software professional with 30 years working primarily for global software companies in Product Management & Development leadership roles, driving digital transformation. My experience spans organisations with in-house, outsourced, offshore, virtual, and geographically separated teams, requiring a blend of intimate tactical and strategic engagement, across the spectrum from idea phase startups to global conglomerates.

I am passionate about diversity & inclusion, and am currently working on a very interesting initiative that I hope will inspire people to identify opportunities and realise their potential.

In my spare time, I love to travel, keep active with my dogs, yoga or football, enjoy good wine, food and music with friends, and a good debate.
