George Stelling
George Stelling is the Managing Partner at Quadrillion Partners and serves on the firm’s management and investment committees. He currently oversees the firm’s investment strategy, working to originate, structure, and close middle-market and lower middle-market acquisitions. George’s role at Quadrillion also involves investor relations; the creation of intellectual property; fundraising; the development and implementation of advanced analytic and value creation plans with management teams at portfolio companies; and human capital management at the firm.
His track record includes success as an investor, operations executive, board member, and advisor to companies in the industrial, business services, security, transportation, technology and consumer sectors in the U.S. and internationally. In 2007, George co-founded Prophet Equity LP, a lower middle-market private equity firm that makes control equity investments in under performing businesses. At Prophet, George served as a Managing Director, COO and member of the Board of Directors of each portfolio company, designing and overseeing implementation of profit-improvement plans. His work also included due diligence, the sourcing of transactions, recruiting, and fundraising.
