Greg is an Information Technology professional with 18 years of progressive experience in management consulting and delivery of strategy, process improvement, IT governance, infrastructure, and enterprise application deployment projects & programs.

A SME in IT governance, enterprise collaboration, information architecture, infrastructure and applications, Greg has an extensive portfolio with Microsoft and broad range of technology products, to help guide business leaders leverage IT investments and deliver results.

Most recently at TD, Greg delivered key initiatives for Enterprise Protect including the Technology Risk Reporting Program which automated the bank’s ability to produce technology risk reporting, meeting a regulatory requirement. Prior to that at RBC, Greg successfully delivered a the bank’s global deployment of Windows 10 to 120,000 employees across 35 countries.

Before consulting for the financial services industry, Greg helped deliver large transformational IT & business initiatives at the Ontario Medical Association, launching the www.oma.org intranet portal for Ontario’s 25,000 physicians, establishing the Association’s Business Continuity Plan and the IT PMO. At the Government of Ontario, Greg delivered an ERP remediation program of projects to improve payroll processing to 85,000 public sector employees. Earlier in his career, Greg held several roles in the Ontario Credit Union system including as Head of PMO at Central1 where he developed the IT strategy and applications integration plans for the Treasury merger with BC Central Credit Union.

Greg is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), ITIL v3 credential holder and is a graduate of Computer Engineering program from the University of Waterloo. Most recently, Greg completed the Cloud Computing Certificate program at the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Education.

When he is not tinkering with work, Greg is an avid skiing, tennis, scuba diving and cycling enthusiast and a devoted husband and father.
