Theodoro Guardado

Theodoro Guardado is an undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He is an accounting major who plans to acquire his bachelor’s degree in the spring of 2016. Theodoro values the good relationship of an employer and an employee. He knows that one has to be able to keep a certain degree of professionalism and pace at the workplace. Through the experience of working many physical labor jobs, such as construction, Theodoro understands what it is to work as a unit to accomplish the task at hand. He knows following orders and producing positively is the ideal recipe for success. Looking at the goal and finding a productive way to achieve it is his plan. His long term goal is to graduate from Texas Tech University and begin work at an accounting firm that will put his knowledge and work ethics to good use.
