Guarenty Group was formed by real estate and insurance professionals with many years of hands-on experience of managing tenants throughout CEE, managing arrears and managing the tenant change process. It has 3 unique residential insurance products:
- Landlord Rental Income Guarantee - covers rent when tenants default
- Tenant deposit insurance - a small yearly payment ensures the tenant does not have to pay up to thousands of EUR in deposit, but guarantees the landlord the maximum possible deposit level under law
- Tenant's rent insurance - ensures the tenant has money to pay services, energy bills and rent in case of accident, sickness or unemployment
