Guilhem has 20+ years experience in the software and telecoms industry.
He is currently busy setting up a new business in the area of digital proof and is also available as a freelance consultant in Product Strategy and Product Marketing.
Before jumping into the entrepreneurship maelstrom, he held several senior positions in various technology companies, big and small.
At Wyplay, he coordinated the launch of Frog, the company's open source initiative around its TV middleware products. He then led a team of product managers to redefine Wyplay's product portfolio and positioning.
Previously, at Alcatel-Lucent, he was in charge of apiGrove, an open source gateway that meters, protects and scales web APIs. He also managed a graceful end-of-life for the OpenPlug product lines that were originally acquired in 2010.
Beforehand, Guilhem was employee #3 at OpenPlug, a startup company in which he held various senior management positions since 2003. As Director of Product Marketing, Guilhem was instrumental in creating the developer ecosystem around OpenPlug Studio, a software development environment for cross-platform mobile applications that attracted more than 20,000 developers.
Earlier in his career, at Alice Systems he created the world's first secure mobile data connection manager for PCs and PDAs, and researched novel mobile data network technologies at BT Labs.
In his leisure time, Guilhem does sports catamaran sailing, scuba diving and plays the guitar.
