Hello world!

I am a Portuguese / Brazilian recruiter settled in Wroclaw, Poland and I have just started an exciting new challenge with Source-Code. I am an IT recruiter and I consider myself capable of finding any professional, anywhere - if he/she exists.

I am a huge fan of employer branding and social recruiting and how it can reduce costs and add value to finding, attracting and maintaining talent. Apart from that, sourcing potential candidates using internet is my passion in recruitment. I find it truly fascinating. I mix Boolean logic with tools like Google (x-ray), LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social media to match the right professional with the right job.

On a personal note, I lived in Brazil, England and Poland and spent a couple of months playing football with kids in Bolivia, telling the story of Romanian gypsies in Norway and hiking in the mountains in Kyrgyzstan. Apart from that, I love living in Europe. I was a journalist once and I even freelanced for the BBC Sports in Birmingham a couple of times. Love dogs, video games and football (CR Flamengo and Chelsea FC).
