Guillaume Desnoyers is a bilingual professional Recruiter and Human Resources Counsellor, with more than 25 years of successful experience.

He founded Desnoyers ressources et conseils, a Headhunting firm on the lookout for professionals, managers and executives, in 2000. The company’s activities, however, cover considerably more than those of a traditional recruiting firm.

Guillaume has served as Counsellor to dozens of companies, carried out hundreds of assignments, given presentations at conferences, led seminars and written authoritatively on Human Resources. He has taught HR Management at the University of Montreal’s HEC, Quebec’s leading business school.

Human Relations, Talent Acquisition and Leadership are the subjects about which Guillaume is passionate. He is recognized for his professionalism, leadership, thoroughness, ethics and the flair for being able to find that Diamond in the Rough.

Heavily involved in the business community, Guillaume Desnoyers has contributed to numerous Boards of Directors of various organizations and associations in the past 20 years. He currently holds the position of Vice-President of the Board of the Montréal Volunteer Bureau, where he has been a volunteer for several years.

Guillaume has a Bachelor of Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal and a Master’s degree in Administration from the University of Sherbrooke. He is also, of course, a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
