Guillermo Gumiel

On 2011 Guillermo works at Fundación Albéniz, as a video producer for the various concerts and master classes held there for the Classical Planet channel, as well as providing coverage at Concurso Internacional de Piano de Santander.

Throughout the last 4 years, he produces videos for the association Hablar en Arte. He starts collaborating with them when on 2009 he provides media coverage for the International Festival of Contemporary Printmaking Ingráfica09. From then on, he produces videos for several projects held by Hablar en Arte such as Palabras Habladas (contemporary spoken word concerts), educational family workshops at MUICO and Curator´s Network (meetings for European curators and artists).
On 2009 he finishes his Film Studies specializing himself on Photography Direction at the CNC-ECA school, in Madrid.

On 2007, collaborates in the production of the event La Noche en Blanco. At the same time within the same edition of this Madrid based event, he works as technical assistant for Georges Rousse, French photographer at his installation at Matadero.

From 2006 to 2007, works as technical coordinator within the pedagogical and professional activites department at PHotoEspaña, the International photography and visual arts festival. There, he carries out coordination and printing tasks for the showcase of new and emerging photographers at one of the exhibitions held by the festival.
