Current Status: Winemaker traveling; living the dream, while continuing my education in wine worldwide.

I started my career in Uruguay, studying gastronomy, then plunge into the wine and bubbles, receiving me as Chef and Winemaker.

I started traveling in search of knowledge in the professional area and great experiences, in addition to great adventures. I started working in my home country, and then take a flight to California - USA, precisely in one of the most beautiful places in North America, Napa Valley, making great red wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Syrah.

I end my experience took flight to a cold island, located in the south of New Zealand, I worked in the city of Blheneim in the Valley of Malborougth, I made great Sauvignon Blanc. Later I moved to the New World, specifically to Brazil, vinifying in the region of the Campanha Gaucha - Rio Grande do Sul, in the winery Almadén- Miolo Wine Group, developing young reds and whites, sparkling wines and great Tannat Vinhas Velhas.

I took the opportunity and nurtured me more life in Europe, reaching the fantastic Portugal, working in the southern region, Alentejo and the Douro Magic located north of it. I took that I was in the old world, I visited good friends and colleagues in my profession. In this way, I managed to feel the daily life of Europe personally enjoying Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and Spain.

I am currently living and working again in California.
