I co-founded and ran Dhriiti – The Courage Within, a national level not-for-profit promoting entrepreneurship as a solution to poverty alleviation and socio-economic progress in our country. I stepped down as Executive Director in March 2013 after successfully creating two commercially sustaining offshoots of Dhriiti. I continue to preside over the board.

I also co-founded Tambul Plates Marketing Pvt. Ltd. a social enterprise engaged in production of disposable dinnerware from Arecanut Leaves. The company has been a winner of NSDCs Power to Empower Challenge 2013. It was a finalist in Changing Markets Award in International Business Forum, Istanbul. It was awarded the SEEDS Low Carbon Award at the SEEDS symposium, Nairobi.

I have also co-founded Dhriiti Professional Services (DPS) and am the CEO of DPS. DPS is a consultancy firm working for capacity building and organization developments in the social space. Our clients range from International Agencies (World Bank, IFC, UNDP etc.) and International & National Foundations (Global Fund for Children, PHFI, IWMI etc.) to CSR Foundations (JCB-Lady Bamford Charitable Trust, Landcraft etc.)

I am a rural management graduate from XIMB and have a special love towards rural travel and exploration.
