Gur Schöneberg

Gur is the founder and managing director of C.A.Y. and a consultant and trainer. With her background in Psychology (MSc), various healing traditions from all around the world, and Business Management & Engineering (MASc) she aims to unlock unconscious potential for our healing and self realization and to bring a more holistic understanding into the world of business.

In her previous career, Gur used to lead international projects. Here she discovered how the different cultures would address problems in a very different way, and how she needed to change her leadership style from a rather factual German style to a more personal and relationship oriented style. It was a revelation that not only made her change her career to gain a deep understanding of the human nature, but also changed her whole understanding of relationship.
