Gurdarshan Brar,

Dr. Gurdarshan Brar (GB) is a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Consultant, and Property Manager. After leaving his environmental scientific carrier in 2003, he started Real Estate business. He founded Brar Brokerage, Inc. in 2006 with the objective to serve the clients/customers with honesty, integrity, and knowledge. GB earned many designations as: Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), NAR’s Green, Broker Price Opinion (BPO), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Texas Certified Leasing Specialist, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resources (SFR), TRC.

GB served KW Commercial Realty as a Senior Director from 2009 to 2015. Specializing in the sale of hotel/motels, retail, strip centers, tenant representation, and investing in the Dallas/Fort Worth Markets of Texas. He recently sold Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham and acquired Renaissance CSquare in Fort Worth.

2008-2009, GB worked for Sperry Van Ness as a Advisor. He represented Subzi Mandi and acquired 25,000 sf space in Irving, Texas. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, GB was a Top Sales Realtor with Keller Williams Realty focusing on Retail, Hospitality, Strip Centerss, land and residential sales. He served on Agent Leadership Council, MetroTex Education Committee, MetroTex Finance Committee, MetroTex Community Outreach Committee, and MetroTex Government Affairs Committee.

As an active advisor, GB is a member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Keller Williams International Realty has awarded GB the Double Gold, Gold, and Bronz Medals for his sales performance during 2006, 2005, and 2004, respectively.

GB earned a Doctor of Philosphy (Ph.D.) in Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. For Post Doctorate training GB joined Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas. He has also served USDA-ARS, Bushland, Texas, and US Department of Army, Corps of Engineer's CRREL, Hanover, NH. He has published 95 scientific manuscripts in various national and international scientific journals.
