My Work

Over the last five years, I’ve worked across technology, fintech, infrastructure, and services to draft, negotiate, and manage commercial, SaaS, IT, and vendor agreements.

My focus is practical. Contracts should protect the business without slowing it down.

Today, I manage the full contract lifecycle using structured legal operations, governance-ready documentation, and scalable processes that improve turnaround time and reduce risk. I work closely with business and legal teams to resolve issues early, negotiate with clarity, and keep deals moving forward.

Experience That Shaped My Approach

Earlier in my journey, I handled more than 150 contracts for 30+ domestic and international clients and supported litigation strategy through contract interpretation and documentation analysis.

This experience shaped how I approach negotiation, risk, and real-world problem solving.
