Passionate about driving business growth and branding, I bring over three years of rich marketing and sales experience to the table. Currently, I'm working as a Deputy General Manager at Calibre Specialty Elastomers, where I'm overlooking the key functions of the company's value chain, from new product development and systems infrastructure to expansion and key growth strategies.

Previously, I worked as an Area sales manager at Asian Paints, mainly focusing on the retail sales within the Pune Upcountry unit, and driving the unit with a 220Cr portfolio.

As an alumnus of FMS Delhi and IIT Kharagpur, I’ve sharpened my skills by taking on diverse roles in sales analytics, marketing research, and business development across top-tier organizations including Asian Paints, ABin Bev, Unacademy, and Brands of Desire Consulting.

During my experiences, I’ve effectively enhanced sales processes, worked on brand repositioning strategies, and played an instrumental role in expanding start-ups in core areas. My academic journey has not only equipped me with a solid theoretical foundation but has also provided me with the opportunity to lead as a part of multiple societies be it for Finance during the Undergrad years, or design during my postgrad.
