I started on my spiritual journey about 5 years back. We have a lot of spiritual leaders who talk about their experience. They talk about how they followed the laws of the universe and attained enlightenment.

Spirituality to me is not about following a fixed process or religious practices or any achievements. For me, it’s about going through life effortlessly and experiencing every single moment. The only way you can experience this beautiful world is by being conscious and aware in every moment. It’s not about living in your mind and your imagination, but experiencing the beauty around.

I also want to be a flexible human being and not be set in my ways. If I have been doing things a certain way or reacting to situations in a certain way, I don’t want my past reactions dictating my future actions. It’s about understanding that you have a choice with every decision you make and every move you make.

I also wish that this world would be a better place and the only way this is possible is by us all being more aware and conscious.

Anger, violence, jealousy and all the negativity is not available in a spiritual world. A spiritual world is about love, kindness and empathy.

May we all get to experience the essence of life and make this world a better place than what was handed to us!
