My background:
I come with diverse experience in building and leading teams that delivered Industry hires, University hires, High-volume hires and Executive Leadership hires in the past. In the last 15 years , I have been associated with companies like ABC Consultants, HP, EKA Software Solutions , AG Employvision Inc besides being an entrepreneur at Spearhead Technologies and Search N Select Consultants. Currently, heading the India Operations for PRIMUS Global Technologies at Bangalore, India.
Started my career with Indian Air Force and then shifted focus to the emerging IT industry in the year 2000. I am an Electrical Engineer BE.(Tech) graduated from Delhi College of Engineering, New Delhi and hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan.
