With years of experience in international business, Gustavo Conde Cabrera has built himself an honorable and notable professional career in his hometown of Caracas, Venezuela. Since 2011, Gustavo has been the Master Franchisee of the world renowned chocolate fondue franchise, Showcolate. Showcolate is a leader in the world of chocolate fondue, serving customers in a practical fast-food style manner. Their kiosks have been placed in various shopping centers all around the world including locations in Brazil, Guatemala, Panama, Lebanon, Portugal, Chile, Bahrain, Peru, Mexico, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic.

Gustavo Conde Cabrera is also an expert in commercial real estate working as an Alternate Director with Mantex SA. As a leader in industrial manufacturing and commercial real estate in Venezuela, Mantex SA has achieved great success promoting, developing, and managing numerous shopping centers, both owned and third party. A few of their largest and most successful projects include Metropolis Venezuela, Metropolis Maracaibo, and Metropolis Barquisimeto.

Before starting his professional careers in the chocolate industry and commercial real estate industry, Gustavo Conde Cabrera developed strong leadership, cultural, and business skills studying abroad in the United States of America. In 2002, Cabrera attended Valley Forge Military Academy. Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, VFMA is known worldwide as an international leadership institution. With the Academy’s five major cornerstones, (Academic Excellence, Character Development, Personal Motivation, Physical Development, and Leadership) Gustavo Conde Cabrera learned many of the professional skills he uses today. Cabrera graduated from VFMA in 2004 earning the title of First Class Sergeant. The same year, he continued his education at the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Four years later in 2008, Cabrera graduated after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business.
