Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Gustavo Conde Delfino has established a life and career filled with many notable achievements and accomplishments. Before beginning his career in Venezuela, however, Gustavo traveled to the United States to study business and complete his education. Gustavo attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. Louisiana Tech is a four-year public research university. The U.S. News & World Report college rankings designated Louisiana Tech as a Tier One national university. Gustavo Conde Delfino graduated from Louisiana Tech University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Back in Venezuela, Gustavo Conde Delfino began his career with Mantex SA as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Currently, Gustavo stands as the Principal Director and Treasurer of Mantex SA. Mantex SA is a modern and dynamic commercial real estate company that plays a major role in the industry in Venezuela. Focusing on the construction and commercialization of major shopping centers, Mantex SA has completed numerous successful projects over the years. Through promoting, developing, and managing these projects, Mantex SA has established major shopping centers all around Venezuela including Metropolis Valencia, Metropolis Maracaibo, and Metropolis Barquisimeto.

Gustavo Conde Delfino and the Mantex Group are also dedicated to giving back to the communities of Valencia, developing numerous community based activities and setting up donations through their commercial centers Metropolis Valencia, Metropolis Maracaibo, and Metropolis Barquisimeto. The group has recently provided donations to benefit local organizations including the Breath of Life Foundation as well as the Andrés Bello School in Barquisimeto.
