Guy Sava is a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and a member of the Industrial, Chemical & Materials, as well as the CEO & Board Practices. He focuses on assisting the process industry, manufacturing, energy, and other industrial sector clients with searches for their Corporate Boards, and Executive, General Management, and Functional leadership positions. The focus of his search experience has been global including venture capital, private equity and public companies worldwide.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Guy served as President of the Industrial, Chemicals, Energy and Materials practice for a global executive search firm, where he was responsible for business development and executive recruiting within these sectors. He also led the Board Service Practice in North America.

Previously, Guy spent over twenty years with The Rohm and Haas Company in a variety of leadership assignments including Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and global P&L business management. He was also a senior executive for the PQ Corporation, a privately held specialty materials firm.

Guy holds an MBA from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Villanova University. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Executive Management Program at University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
