Guy Bennallack

Guy Bennallack graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. As a student, Bennallack spent time studying management information systems and quantitative management systems. He has applied his education throughout the course of his career, during which he has owned and operated 52 companies. Currently, Guy Bennallack manages two roofing companies, one painting business, a window and glazing enterprise, and several real estate holding businesses.

At HBR Management Inc., a personnel management firm for construction companies, Guy Bennallack serves as CEO. He oversees the daily operations, examining financial analyses while meeting the staffing needs of different subcontractors, and he places competent and qualified management teams and monitors the growth and performance of each subcontractor. The company employs 58 workers and more than 70 percent have been at the company for 10 or more years.

Guy Bennallack also functions as CEO of HBR LLC, a general construction company in Las Vegas that develops and designs commercial and residential real estate. Bennallack manages 14 employees while providing financial analysis, expanding the business, and directing construction. Since its inception, the company has produced over 2,000 residential houses and nearly half a million square feet of commercial and industrial space.

The Original Roofing Company, another of Guy Bennallack’s companies, has been in business since 1985. Bennallack oversees the company’s development and advancement, manages customer relations, conducts financial analyses, and directs marketing. The business has installed over 50 million square feet of residential roofing and has earned recognition as one of the Top 100 privately held companies in Las Vegas. Guy Bennallack’s roofing company is a certified installer for multiple brands, including Firestone Building Products, John Mansville, Englert Inc., and GAF Materials Corporation. Guy Bennallack maintains professional connections with various organizations, including the Nevada Subcontractors Association, the Associated General Contractors of America, and the Western States Roofing Contractors Association.
