I am the UX Director at Torpedo helping companies including Autodesk, Panasonic, Epson, Petronas and NTT data with UX and human-centred AI challenges. Before this I spent 20 years working as the Lead User Experience Designer at The Open University, having originally cut my teeth as a Senior Web Designer for nine regional newspapers at Johnston Press.
