Guy Ciabattoni

Guy Ciabattoni spent more than seven years of his career as the President of Hawk Vision Moving & Storage LLC, based out of Warminster, Pennsylvania. As the founder, Ciabattoni enjoyed watching his company grow from a start-up to a success with $2.5 million in revenue. The company handled a number of services, including military relocation, corporate relocation, warehousing, specialty logistics, distribution, and office relocation across the United States. Guy Ciabattoni successfully implemented an effective standard operating platform while managing an 18,000 square foot facility with a fleet of 15 trailers and trucks. Guy Ciabattoni took care of the company’s main administrative tasks and managed all personnel, including sales professionals, accountants, customer service representatives, and operations managers. He also developed a business plan that affected marketing, operations, accounting, human resources, vendor relations, and sales development. Additionally, Guy Ciabattoni played a hands-on role with human resources. He hired staff, terminated staff, conducted employee reviews, promoted and demoted personnel, and enforced accountability. He handled the profit and loss statement and reduced fixed costs by 41 percent. Previously, Guy Ciabattoni was the District Commercial Business Manager for Best Buy in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. He created the store’s business plan, holding oversight for 19 stores and 2,000 employees. In order to maintain customer satisfaction, he tailored programs to meet particular needs. He started his career as a Sales Consultant at car dealers in Warminster and Doylestown. To supplement his career, Ciabattoni participates in the Northampton Business Association. He has studied business administration, marketing, psychology, and business law.
