What better way to motivate oneself than to make a public display for the need to improve. My need to improve is evident. My motivation? You!
I'm out of shape and need to make some changes to my lifestyle to preserve my health. Monday May 28th marked the first time I stepped on a scale and it registered more than 200lbs.
My goal here is to drop the weight, start eating better, and become more physically active. To start, you'll need a few more details:
Age: 35
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 202lbs (Starting)
Weight: ???lbs (Current) - I'll change this throughout
I know what you are saying... how can you help? Merely by witnessing the transformation and offering suggestions to issues that may pop up from time to time.
The Plan:
This is the foundation on which I will change: I am going to start the P90x series. I've ordered the plan and it should be here on June 2. I'll start the program the following day. I've heard that the nutrition program is pretty good, but I'll ask for suggestions along the way.
As I move through this, I'll keep track of my progress both through posts on here and photos linked to instagram.
Encouragement is encouraged! Snark and trolling will be banished to the wasteland.
