Guy Kaeser

My name is Guy Kaeser, Realtor with Coldwell Banker West Shell. Originally licensed in 1986, Indiana Broker since 1988, licensed in Ohio 1987. I am currently the Principal Broker for Coldwell Banker West Shell in Indiana.

I live with my wife Maryanne in Bright Indiana and have been a resident since 1979. Although a bedroom community of Cincinnati Ohio, it is a small town and has that small town feel which we felt was a good atmosphere for raising children. They are gone so we are empty nesters on nearly 28 acres of woods.

Maryanne and I take a vacation together each year and I take one via motorcycle which is my preferred method of travel. Last year to Mesa Arizona for the award cerimony for the Hoka Hey Challenge and the year before to Wyoming via Michigan's UP, always trying to travel on state routes to see America, not what is at the next exit.

As a Realtor working in Indiana and Ohio, I typically sell between 45-60 properties a year. The awards I have won recently with CBWS are:

Diamond Society Award - 2011, International President's Circle Award - 2011 and most recently, OAR President's Sales Club Award - 2012.
