Guy Lachmann

I'm a Partner in the Corporate and Hi-Tech Groups at Pearl Cohen's Herzliya office. My practice focuses on hi-tech, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial laws. I represent entrepreneurs, investors and companies in the various stages of their development, mostly in the fields of Internet, Mobile, Fintech and Blockchain, Media and AdTech, Cyber, Clean-Tech and AgTech, medical devices and mHealth.

I've gained substantial experience representing emerging growth companies and their investors, from the very early stages of their development through their growth and exit transactions. I advise these clients on their ongoing legal needs, on venture capital and private equity financing, cross-border strategic and commercial transactions, joint ventures and global expansion.

I also serve as lecturer and mentor at various accelerators and entrepreneurial programs promoted by Israel's leading academic and private institutions. I was a member of the editorial board of "Law and Business", the IDC Herzliya Law Review, and served as a teaching assistant in various high-tech and entrepreneurship courses at Tel-Aviv University and IDC Herzliya.
