Richard Guy

Richard Guy is an experienced and creative IS professional with a passion for solving difficult business problems through the application of technology, analytics and business process re-engineering. Mr. Guy has worked for Alcoa Fastening Systems and Rings in positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career, recently adding a global leadership role in managing inventory investment and supply chain management to create a unique hybrid IS and Materials role. He has successfully managed the design, implementation and delivery of significant business systems including quality management systems, global collaboration platforms, ERP implementations and supply chain management solutions.

Mr. Guy has studied philosophy, holds an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, and is completing a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Global Supply Chain Management through Arizona State University. He is currently leading a global project across 4 manufacturing sites and 12 warehouses to simultaneously reduce inventory investment and increase fulfillment rates through the use of advanced analytics and automation tools.
