Guy Speakman

Highly experienced and skilled music producer, live and studio engineer. Produces excellent results when working in collaboration and also under own initiative. Passion and commitment are key personality attributes, which makes working with and around me an easy and enjoyable process.

I have a Music B-tech at highest honours and also a music Production and Business degree from Westminster University.
Since leaving University I have vast experience In the music industry including being a co founder of North London based Sound Company, Speakman Sound Ltd. which have worked with and continue to work with clients such as Secret Cinema, Laura Marling, Fender, Future shorts, deadbeat Films and many more.
I have 24-hour access to my studio in Wood Green where I use a mix of professional standard digital and analogue equipment including a Roland Space Echo, 8-track 1/2inch tape and more.

I also have a basic and developing understanding of music theory and can play Guitar and keys to a competent level.
I am always interested in working on new work and in new environments.
