Xenocratic is a startup focused on creating innovative experiences in casual gaming, digital video and e-commerce for mobile devices, wearables and the desktop. I lead all Product and UX in the development of new apps and updating current apps.

Vincent's extensive career ranges from working with tech startups to large corporations, and includes living and working globally in the USA, the EU and Russia throughout his career. He is data driven and focused on monetization with a proven track record of developing and growing innovative digital consumer experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile.

With over a decade of leading teams and over 15 years of experience in product management, design and marketing, Vincent has the strong product focus that connects product design and features to strategic objectives and monetization, while backing up assumptions with metrics driven recommendations for an effective consumer experience.

A digital native, experience includes owning product and strategy, multi-million dollar P&L's and roadmaps, and leading teams of up to 50 product and design professionals in Digital Video Entertainment, Ad-Based Portals, E-Commerce and Casual Games.
