Yoel Guzansky

I'm a senior research fellow at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), Tel Aviv University, specializing in Iran, GCC states and Gulf Security. I joined the INSS after coordinating work on the Iranian nuclear challenge at the National Security Council in the Prime Minister's Office. I was responsible for coordinating staff work and projects, preparing assessments and offering policy recommendations to decision makers. A graduate of Hebrew University and Tel Aviv University, I'm a doctoral candidate in international relations at Haifa University. Since joining the INSS I have written and edited 5 monographs and published over 200 policy papers, op-eds and peer-reviewed work in academic journals. I'm also is a frequent commentator on international affairs in national and international media.
