I work with customer-focused companies that actively strive for acceleration of business results through robust systems design and data-driven process and product continuous improvement. I develop and improve business systems through deep understanding of problems and thorough investigation of solutions through understanding of the underlying principles of waste and defect reduction. My core focus areas include understanding systems; data collection and analysis; and leading change. In the past, I have worked in academic and industrial environments with systems ranging from software to biotechnology to engineering. Through these experiences, I have developed the ability to see systems and processes and unlock the potential (often) buried within by formulating strategic approaches that incorporate sound measurements with tactical execution.
