I'm a workshop facilitator, visual artist, and curious citizen.
In the past, I have designed and implemented arts and creativity programming for: The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, NeighborWorks America, The Speed Art Museum, Kentucky Art and Craft Foundation, Louisville Visual Arts Association, Center for Neighborhoods, and others.
I have a Master of Arts in Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Louisville.
Since October 2005 I have hosted a weekly, open-to-the-community, Jewelry Making studio in the California Neighborhood,. It's supported by ArtsReach, a program of The Kentucky Center for The Arts. New Directions Housing Corporation provides us with our studio space.
I was named a Louisville Connector by Leadership Louisville.
I am currently working on a series of essays about living and eating in a food desert in the west end of Louisville.
