Gwen E. Hill

Gwen Hill is an accomplished professional with well-developed leadership skills. She has over ten years of experience in project management, coordination and design. Hill currently works in the Research department of Royal Roads University and is a student in the Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies program. Outside of her work and studies, she teaches the use of social media in research, research administration, and non-profit strategic design. A member of Gen Y herself, she is passionate about bridging generational gaps in the workplace, and is beginning a journey of extensive study on multi-generational engagement. Between her office and consulting with non-profit organizations, Hill works with approximately 350 people per year developing research plans and proposals, strategic direction plans, and creating process documentation toolkits.
