Technical Writer / Software documentation in Georgia

my 2010 update....

I am creative and somewhat artistically talented. I'm patient, I like helping people. If the cashier at the store gives me too much change I return it, always. I like to write humorous letters to family and friends. Sometime my cats write my letters from their perspective on my life (such smart cats they are J). I like to cook. I enjoy sharing tomatoes from my garden with my friends.

I’m a penny pincher. My family tells me I’m too practical. For my birthday one year I asked my husband for a Shop-Vac. He absolutely refused, fearing no end of teasing from his in-laws on such an unromantic gift. He suggested a new watch, jewelry or clothing. I held out for the shop-vac. Am I weird or what?! But my garage is grunge free. Trying to get rid of those leaves, cobwebs, dirt, all that accumulated nasty stuff is hours of real work with a dust rag and a broom. Not with this honker! ARRR!! ARRR!! ARRR!! A vacuum on steroids! It gets the job done FAST so I can do more enjoyable things like riding my bicycle or shopping in thrift stores.

I enjoy reading and road trips. I'm close to my family.

I have years of experience in software support and user training for order management. I sincerely love customer service and sharing my knowledge. I take pride in knowing I’m very good at it. A happy customer is a reward in itself.

I'm currently applying my customer service attitude in a technical writing role, bringing together TEAM members to ultimately serve the customer.

That’s who I am.
