I am a certified yoga trainer, Currently I have completed a YOGA-VEDANTA certification course from Shivananda’s Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy , Rishikesh to have more in depth knowledge of Patanjali’s ASTANG YOGA. I am also completed three year diploma course in Naturopathy & Yoga from Gandhi National Academy of Naturopathy, New Delhi.
