Georgia Yates

My name's Georgia and I am 13, soon to be 14. I've had a pretty unstable childhood, as my parents divorced when I was 6 and i've been living in two different houses for over half my life. Luckily, my parents still get on well, so I get to see them both frequently. I never really fitted in at school, and my closest friends in primary school were both boys. Because of this, and because I used to go to therapy for a serious speech impediment, I got bullied a lot and it still goes on to this day. But now I have an amazing best friend, without whom I wouldnt be who I am today. I like music a lot, and a girl and I at school have quite similar tastes in music, punk and heavy metal. We both also have a very very sick mind, which has rubbed off on my otherwise innocent best friend. Clothes aren't really important to me, and a dress like a boy, as a result of being friends with boys in primary school. I do some martial arts outside of school, which allows me to get out my unresolved anger. So, a child who never seemed to fit in and was bullied about every little thing, is now much stronger and much happier. Most of this is down to one person: you know who you are. I hope to become a stronger person and overcome some of the traumas in my life. But remember: if you are bullied, when you do rise about it, you will be much stronger. One more thing: I always thought love was my most dangerous enemy, I now know it is my closest ally. Positives about me: to the right people, I can be extremely loyal, don't hold long grudges, will love all my friends but love the special ones a bit more, I will honestly kill someone who hurts my friends as I've experienced the pain too. Negatives: I am hot headed and have a fiery temper which means sometimes I will hurt people accidentally without meaning it, I am very socially awkward, I tend to forget things, and finally, I'm not a very likeable character on account of being an annoying smart-arse :)
