Igratuated from Ahfad University for Women,in Sudan,Bachelor Degree of Psychology & Pre School Education with Distinction, Master Degree , Khartoum University,Thinking Skills, PH.D ,Khartoum University,Educational Psychology.

Ihave worked in the field of Higher Education since 1994,appointed as Teacher Assistent ,promoted to Lecturer in 1996,& to Associate Professor in 2006 .All of my work experiences were in Sudanese Universities as I contributed in the establishment of several Faculties of Education in different regions of Sudan.Have had an experience as an Assistant Professor 2011_ 2017at Hail University in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,Faculty of Education for Girls,Department of Psychology.
