Henning succumbed to the magic of traditional advertising in 1990. He has been trained in classical art direction at Saatchi’s in Johannesburg. He worked at The Agency for 6 years and Art Director and won a Silver Cleo for work done on the Telkom Account as well as a Bronze Bafta for a SABC2 Television Commercial. Henning then joined the Action Agency as Creative Director of the electronic division in early 1999. Henning Joined The Cheese has Moved, where he was creative Director of their electronic division.

Henning opened the doors of Trillium Advertising 12 years ago. Henning is adept at fully integrated multidisciplinary design and advertising to build image, create awareness and augment the ultimate sales of our clients. He has the ability to develop credible, logical, and meaningful brands and identify the groundbreaking strategies that capture client's voice and translate Unique Selling Points to hard-hitting, visible benefits that get people to act. His creative concepts, intimate media-knowledge and in-depth industry understanding achieves qualitative and quantitative results.

Henning has deep fascination with the human condition and has been involved in Transformational trainings since 1992 and recently branched out into Neuro Linguistic Programming, Business and Life coaching.

Henning is a qualified Master Practitioner of NLP and a Master Practitioner of Timeline Therapy™, and is registered with the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Theraphy™ (Time Line Therapy™ Association) and Hypnotherapy (American Board of Hypnotherapy) and Timeline Therapy™ Practitioners. Besides running Trillium Advertising, Henning has also been operating Recoquo Life and Business Coaching from Johannesburg since 2012.
