Hello, I’m Harry. I’m a water quality specialist living in south-central Pennsylvania and current Executive Director of the PA office of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.

I've got over 20 years of water science, land use, stormwater, and policy experience. But the only one thing I enjoy the most is connecting with all kinds of people through lectures and presentations. I've appeared in well over 200 television, radio, web, and print media features.
