Habeeb Adewale Tajudeen is a seasoned Governance and Development Expert and Civic Tech Professional with over six years of experience in advocacy, campaign management, program management, and community and membership engagement. He excels in managing high-stakes projects funded by international entities such as the European Union, Ford Foundation, National Endowment for Democracy, LEAP Africa, and the US Government. Habeeb's professional journey is marked by his skill in developing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and building strong stakeholder relationships. He is committed to social justice, equity, and the empowerment of grassroots organizations towards sustainable change and impactful community engagement

Habeeb has demonstrated exceptional project management skills, successfully securing and managing over $500,000 in grants for Brain Builders Youth Development Initiative. His strategic planning and effective program implementation have advanced governance, democracy, youth development, and digital rights in Nigeria. As a Program Manager, he has overseen international grants, facilitated partnerships with civil society organizations, and led initiatives to combat gender-based violence with traditional and religious leaders.

In his role as Head of Research at FactCheckAfrica, Habeeb has led projects to counter misinformation in West Africa, earning recognition, including a $125,000 grant from the US Government. As a Community Manager at United People Global, he managed a global community of over 21,000 members, driving engagement through strategic mobilization campaigns and innovative membership management systems.

An accomplished speaker and advocate, Habeeb has represented organizations at international forums, including the 2023 EU-NGO Forum on Human Rights and the 2024 Summit for Democracy. His work in civic tech and community engagement has been recognized with several awards, such as the Good Governance Advocate Award by Kwara State University.

Habeeb holds an MSc in Research and Public Policy from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc. in Political Science from Kwara State University, he has contributed to research and numerous opinions on democracy and social development.

Currently based in Lagos, Nigeria, Habeeb is married and blessed with a child. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling, reading, and playing football.
