Types of hires include, RF/RAN Planning and Optimization Engineers, Microwave/Transmission/ IP/ Optical, CS/PS Core, BSS/BSCS, Billing/Roaming/Provisioning, DBA/Windows/Linux, Security Site/Acquisition/TI/Construction/ , PMO/ Project Managers/ CPM/ Project Directors/ Program Director
The duties are as follows:
- Resourcing and researching for candidates using networking techniques with existing candidates.
- Negotiating with candidates to achieve ‘satisfactory’ or, where possible ‘best’ rates/fees/salary requirements.
- Posting job adverts on jobboards.
- Negotiating offers with candidates.
