Namit Behl
Web Developer, Public Speaker, and Small Business Owner in Indore, India
I started out wanting to be a hacker. I ended up helping businesses grow instead.
Not a metaphor. I genuinely started as an ethical hacker obsessed with computer systems since third grade, learning how things break so I could understand how they work. That same instinct — find the flaw, fix it at the root is how I approach marketing today.
I grew up in Indore, built my first digital campaigns out of curiosity in 2016, and spent three years making expensive mistakes with other people's ad budgets before I got consistently good at it. By 2022, I went independent. The first year was uncomfortable. The second year, it clicked.
Today I consult directly with founders and marketing leads across India, the US, UK, and UAE. Not through an agency. Not through account managers.
What I actually do
I work on three things: getting businesses found (SEO), getting them clicked (paid ads), and making sure what they're spending isn't being wasted (strategy and audits).
I've managed over $2M in ad spend. I've grown organic traffic by 280% for a B2B SaaS client in six months. I've cut cost-per-lead by 40% for a real estate developer in India. These aren't vanity numbers — they're what I'm accountable to.
I specialize in two markets because I understand both from the inside: India, where I know the difference between how Tier 1 and Tier 3 audiences behave on the same platform, and the United States, where I've helped Indian brands enter without sounding like they don'What working with me looks like
You get one person who thinks about your business, builds the strategy, and either executes it or trains your team to. No junior staff. No handoffs. No monthly slide decks pretending work got done.
I'll tell you when your website is the problem. I'll tell you when your offer is wrong. I'll tell you when a channel isn't worth your budget. That's not pleasant, but it's what you're paying for.
If you want someone who'll agree with everything and send polished reports, I'm the wrong person.t belong.
The actual timeline
2016–2017 — Started at a performance marketing agency in Delhi. Learned the craft by running campaigns for e-commerce brands with real budgets and real pressure.
2018–2019 — Moved into senior performance marketing. Scaled a D2C brand's Google Ads from ₹5L to ₹60L/month. Built their SEO function from zero.
2020–2021 — Led marketing at a US-backed SaaS company. Drove 4x organic growth. Reduced CAC by 45% in twelve months.
2022 — Went independent. Took on twelve clients in the first six months. Figured out what kind of work I actually do best.
2023–Present — Built a consulting practice serving 150+ businesses. Launched fractional CMO engagements. Still take on a limited number of new clients each quarter.
