Founded in 1996, and experiencing steady growth ever since, we are a firm committed to the highest quality of design. Our work is exclusive to residential design projects generally within the North Shore communities of Chicago. Our primary focus is on traditional new construction, addition, and renovation. We practice what we call "seamless" design where the new construction is indistinguishable within the fabric of its immediate environment. An addition should blend naturally with the character of the existing home and new construction should integrate appropriately within the surrounding community. We have found that this traditional means of design provides the highest value, return and satisfaction for the client. In addition, we strive to satisfy any unique program requirements and the specific desires of our clients. We pride ourselves on the high level of detail in our construction documents, in order to provide the most cost effective path to the client's program desires and produce a beautiful product of which the owner, builder and architect may be proud.
