Yoga and Pilates Instructor in Greenwich, CT

Born out of my own need and experience, I teach Yoga practices that combine the relaxation and mindfulness of Yoga with the principles of strength training, endurance, and dynamic movement.

I find that Yoga can be a great way to boost athletic goals, increase flexibility of body and mind, and promote physical and mental health.

I love the stabilizing benefits of Pilates, and I work with each client using an individual-centered holistic approach, meaning I meet you where you are, consider how your environment contributes to your wellness, and connect you with helpful resources.

Classes offered:

A 1 hour bodyweight only Vinyasa Flow Yoga workout which combines principles of strength training, endurance, stretch, and dynamic movements. This is an effective and efficient way to get toned quickly, and to boost your athletic goals.

A 1 hour of intense well-rounded repetitive Ashtanga Yoga workout targeted for individuals who want to work on building strength, improving cardiovascular endurance and developing a stronger core. Moving through the breath/ pranayama, creating heat in the body and purging it out of toxins while getting toned and lean, and enhancing muscle definition and shape.

A 45 minute Practice that combines traditional Yoga methods and Pilates principles to achieve strength. This class is taught with creativity, exploration and zest.

A 45 feel good gentle on the joins water Yoga class, combining poses such as dancer pose NataraJasana, Tree pose Vrikshasana, and Uthitta Tadasana.
