In the late 90s, videoconferencing was able to make a big space with the new developments of high speed broadband telecommunication services. This made it faster and more affordable to businesses to communicate with one another. Internet Data Centers began to boom during the dot-com bubble, as the creation of servers made it easier to store and share computer files. 2004 was a new high for the real estate market, as prices were setting record highs. Hadi Aboukhater was able to predict the falling prices in 2007 and get out of the industry at the perfect time.
Above all, Hadi Aboukhater is a family man. He and his wife, Sarah, have three lovely children: Elias (14), Evan (11), and Mira (7). Together, they travel often, play hearts, roller-skate, and watch movies!
