- Establish trading companies in various fields even for the Group’s subsidiaries as holding corporation - Design and supervise implementation of policies and judicial procedures for the societies, organizing statutes, internal regulations, legal minutes, Legal interpretation, evaluation and legal advices in various commercials and civil contracts, agreements, convention, pacts………. Prepare monthly management reports of the companies lease agreements-

- Assist and manage the legal department of the group - Maintain and update grant contracts and advise on any legal issues arising from these and grant management processes

- Advise on the legal effects on policy proposals (internal and external), preparing responses to consultation documents

- Advise on matters of company law, corporate governance, parliamentary accountability, regulatory matters; and oversight and supervision of subsidiary company transactions and compliance
